Senior Product Manager

About the role

InnovationTeam is looking for a Senior Product Manager in Riyadh to lead product discovery, strategy and lifecycle management for large-scale digital and mobile services. The role turns broad business challenges into validated opportunities through beneficiary research, market intelligence and operational evidence, working across business, UX, data, engineering, operations, legal and compliance. Fluency in Arabic and English is required.

Key responsibilities

• Define and communicate the product vision, value proposition, objectives and outcome-based roadmap aligned with organizational priorities and beneficiary needs.
• Structure ambiguous problems into discovery, run beneficiary, stakeholder and market research, and validate opportunities before recommending solutions.
• Conduct local and global benchmarking and turn evidence into actionable recommendations.
• Own and refine the roadmap and backlog, prioritizing by beneficiary value, strategic alignment, feasibility, cost, risk, compliance and expected impact.
• Define OKRs, KPIs and baselines, and track adoption, journey completion, drop-off, satisfaction, complaints and service performance.
• Align sponsors, business, BAs, UX, data, engineering, operations, legal, cybersecurity and compliance, document trade-offs and maintain clear ownership and approvals.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Product Management, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or a related field.
• 7+ years in digital product management, including mobile or web product ownership and 3+ years leading discovery and strategy.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
• Experience with government digital services, beneficiary platforms, KSA digital transformation or regulated environments is preferred.

Required skills

• Product prioritization methods such as RICE, WSJF or MoSCoW.
• Jira or Azure DevOps, Confluence, Figma and analytics or dashboard platforms.
• Agile delivery, UX, APIs, integrations and product lifecycle.
