Senior Project Manager - Enterprise Digital Transformation

About the role

We are looking for a senior project manager to lead enterprise‑wide digital transformation programmes for government and corporate clients. The role sits within UXBERT Labs, a leading digital and user‑experience agency in the GCC, and reports to senior leadership and executive steering committees.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of large‑scale digital transformation programmes and strategic initiatives.
• Manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, ensuring scope, budget, quality and timeline compliance.
• Establish and maintain program governance, executive reporting frameworks, risk registers, RAID logs and executive dashboards.
• Serve as primary point of contact for executive stakeholders, steering committees and C‑level executives.
• Build and maintain relationships with government entities, enterprise clients, strategic partners and internal leadership teams.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams including UX, CX, product management, technology, data, AI, PMO and external vendors.
• Identify program risks, dependencies and mitigation plans, proactively resolving delivery challenges.
• Oversee project planning, resource allocation, budgeting, forecasting and financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with governance standards, quality assurance and delivery methodologies.
• Facilitate executive workshops, strategic planning sessions and decision‑making meetings.
• Mentor project managers and delivery teams, fostering continuous improvement.
• Continuously improve PMO practices, delivery frameworks and operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of project management experience.
• At least 5 years leading enterprise‑scale or government digital transformation programmes.
• Consulting background with a Big 4 firm or equivalent international consultancy (highly preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
• MBA or equivalent master’s degree (preferred).
• PMP certification (mandatory).
• Additional certifications such as PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, SAFe or PMI‑ACP are highly desirable.
