Senior Project Manager - Fit Out

About the role

Mace is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager – Fit Out to lead the delivery of high‑end interior packages on a large mixed‑use development in Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on luxury lounges, hospitality suites and entertainment spaces, ensuring top‑quality finishes and seamless integration with the base build and MEP works.

Key responsibilities

• Lead delivery of fit‑out works across premium areas such as lounges, hospitality suites and entertainment spaces.
• Manage contractors and specialist subcontractors to meet programme, budget and quality targets.
• Coordinate fit‑out packages with base‑build and MEP systems for seamless integration.
• Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, mock‑ups and samples for high‑end finishes.
• Drive quality assurance to align with design intent and specifications.
• Monitor site progress, sequencing and logistics in a complex multi‑contractor environment.
• Identify and manage risks, changes and interface issues, ensuring timely resolution.
• Lead inspections, snagging and handover processes to deliver a high‑quality end product.
• Interface with design teams to resolve technical queries and support design intent.
• Provide regular progress, risk and performance reporting to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Degree qualified in Construction Management, Engineering or a related discipline.
• Middle‑East project experience on similar large‑scale developments.
• Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager delivering high‑end fit‑out packages.
• Experience working within a PMC, delivery partner or contractor environment on complex projects.
• Necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of fit‑out processes, sequencing and coordination with base‑build and MEP systems.
• Shop drawing review and material submittal management.
• Quality assurance for high‑specification finishes.
