Facilities Management Technician

About the role

We are looking for a Facilities Management Technician to join our fast‑growing operations team. You will be responsible for keeping our commercial and warehouse facilities running smoothly by performing preventive and corrective maintenance on building systems.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance of HVAC, electrical, plumbing and other building equipment.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and breakdowns, troubleshooting and repairing mechanical and electrical faults.
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs, service records and ensure compliance with health, safety and company policies.
• Support the installation and commissioning of new equipment or systems.
• Coordinate with external vendors and contractors as needed.
• Keep maintenance tools and work areas clean and organized.

Required profile

• Diploma or technical certification in Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in facilities management or maintenance, preferably in commercial, warehouse or retail environments.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing and general repairs.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks and communicate effectively with team members.
