Senior Project Manager – Real Estate Development

About the role

The Senior Project Manager will lead large‑scale real estate development projects from concept to handover within a Project Management Consultancy environment. You will act as the client’s representative, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and deliver residential, mixed‑use and commercial development projects.
• Manage the full project lifecycle – design, procurement, construction and handover.
• Coordinate consultants, contractors and stakeholders, reviewing deliverables and performance.
• Oversee budgets, cost control, variations, claims and contractor payments.
• Monitor schedules, identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, quality standards and contract terms (FIDIC or similar).

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or related field (Master’s a plus).
• Minimum 20 years of total experience, including at least 5 years in a Project Management Consultancy.
• Proven track record delivering complex real‑estate development projects.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management and commercial acumen.

Required skills

• Familiarity with FIDIC contract frameworks.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• MRICS or equivalent professional certification.
