Senior Project Manager – Retail & Mixed‑Use Developments

About the role

WSP is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex retail and mixed‑use development projects from concept through delivery. You will act as the primary strategic leader, ensuring projects meet client objectives, brand standards, and fast‑track retail schedules while maintaining high commercial and operational performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead project set‑up, contract finalisation, team mobilisation and internal alignment.
• Define, agree and manage scope across all disciplines, coordinating sub‑consultants and handling variations.
• Serve as the main interface with clients, operators, tenants and authorities, delivering workshops, presentations and executive reports.
• Develop and maintain realistic programmes, integrating base build, shell & core and tenant fit‑out milestones.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary design from concept to IFC, ensuring alignment with anchor tenants and F&B requirements.
• Proactively manage risks, issues and stakeholder expectations to keep projects on track.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience delivering retail or mixed‑use projects.
• Strong commercial acumen with ability to balance design, operational and financial priorities.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, capable of managing complex stakeholder environments.
• High degree of autonomy and ability to act as a trusted advisor to clients.
