Job description

Key responsibilities

Monitor compliance with QA/QC plans, specifications, drawings, and applicable standards.
Review ITPs, Method Statements, Material Submittals, WIRs/IRs, and testing documentation.
Conduct site inspections and monitor contractors’ workmanship, materials, and testing.
Manage NCRs, observations, corrective actions, and quality issues through closure.
Coordinate with the client, consultants, contractors, and PMC disciplines on quality matters.
Prepare/review QA/QC reports and maintain quality and handover documentation.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or related field.
Approximately 10 years of QA/QC experience in major construction/development projects.
Previous PMC or consultancy experience highly preferred.
Experience on large-scale mixed-use, commercial, residential, hospitality, or masterplan projects.
Saudi/GCC experience preferred.
Relevant QA/QC or ISO 9001 certification is an advantage.
