About the role
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Senior Quality Manager to join our team. In this role you will lead all quality activities across projects and sectors, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 standards. Key responsibilities
- Develop processes and procedures for business activities based on ISO 9001 standards.
- Provide quality training to internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage project Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs).
- Ensure Parsons and client quality requirements are met.
- Plan and execute internal and external quality audits.
- Serve as the primary contact for all quality‑related issues within the project or sector.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Quality discipline or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 15+ years of quality experience, including 7+ years in a management capacity.
- Lead Auditor certification for ISO 9001 or equivalent.
- ASQ certification (CMQ/CQE) or other relevant quality certifications.
