Senior Quantity Surveyor Manager

About the role

JASARA PMC is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor Manager to lead the commercial side of its social infrastructure projects across Saudi Arabia. You will oversee all quantity surveying activities, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the quantity surveying team.
• Prepare and manage project budgets, cost estimates and forecasts.
• Conduct value engineering and cost‑benefit analysis to optimise expenditure.
• Review and negotiate contractual documents and variations.
• Monitor project progress and report financial performance.
• Collaborate with project management to develop cost‑management and risk‑mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 15 years of quantity surveying experience in construction.
• Extensive knowledge of contract management and cost control methods.
• Proven track record managing large‑scale projects from inception to completion.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret financial reports and data.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Professional certifications such as MRICS are highly desirable.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
