Senior Recruiter – Construction & Infrastructure

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Senior Recruiter to lead end‑to‑end talent acquisition for construction, infrastructure and engineering projects in Saudi Arabia and internationally.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition to offer acceptance for technical, engineering, corporate and skilled project roles.
• Source candidates globally and locally via LinkedIn, job portals, recruitment databases and agencies.
• Develop and maintain pipelines for critical and recurring project positions.
• Conduct CV screening, interviews, assessments and short‑listing, working closely with hiring managers.
• Coordinate with international recruitment agencies, evaluate their submissions and ensure quality shortlists.
• Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, candidate databases and reports, and hand over documentation to HR Operations for onboarding.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of talent acquisition experience, with strong hands‑on sourcing.
• Proven background recruiting for construction, infrastructure, engineering or multi‑site project environments.
• Demonstrated ability to recruit both local and international (non‑Saudi) talent.
• Fluent English communication skills.
