Senior Reporting Manager

About the role

Mace is seeking a Senior Reporting Manager to join a transformative mixed‑use development project in Abha, Saudi Arabia. You will lead reporting activities across cost, schedule, risk and performance, supporting the delivery of a world‑class destination.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain tools/forms to collect programme status from stakeholders.
• Manage production, validation and distribution of regular and ad‑hoc reports and dashboards.
• Establish timelines for report submissions, review and escalation of risks/issues.
• Implement consistent reporting procedures, conduct quality reviews and identify process enhancements.
• Support net‑zero carbon transition by tracking associated emissions and reductions.

Required profile

• Relevant degree or equivalent, progressing toward chartership with a recognised professional body.
• Proven PMO and Project Controls leadership on complex construction or engineering projects (minimum 20 years’ experience).
• Experience working on high‑valued projects for a project‑management consultancy in Saudi Arabia.
• Effective communicator with strong analytical capability and stakeholder‑engagement skills.
