Senior Sales Account Manager – Banking Sector (KSA)

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Senior Sales Account Manager to lead strategic relationships with major banking clients in Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on delivering digital transformation, enterprise platforms and managed services aligned with Vision 2030.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic account plans for Saudi banking institutions, targeting Digital Platforms, AI, Automation and Cloud solutions.
• Identify new business opportunities, lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation and closure.
• Build and maintain C‑level relationships with business and technology executives.
• Coordinate with solution architects and delivery teams to craft winning proposals and presentations.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and regulatory developments within the Saudi banking sector.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction, long‑term account retention and successful project delivery.

Required profile

• 10+ years of enterprise IT sales or account management experience, preferably in the banking sector.
• Established network within Saudi banks and financial institutions and familiarity with procurement frameworks.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business or related field (MBA preferred).
