Senior Sales Engineer - BMS, ICT & Data Center Projects

About the role

Aala Tech is looking for a Senior Sales / Project Engineer to join its team in Riyadh. The role combines driving sales initiatives, managing client relationships and overseeing project execution from start to handover, while helping expand the company's market footprint.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the BMS, ICT, low current and data center sectors
• Prepare and present technical proposals, quotations and tender documents
• Liaise with the in-house team and clients to understand project requirements
• Manage and supervise project implementation, keeping scope, timeline and budget in line
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for material procurement and site execution
• Carry out site visits and provide progress reports
• Ensure compliance with local standards and client specifications

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunication or a related engineering field
• 10-20 years of experience in sales and project engineering, preferably in Saudi Arabia
• Proven track record in BMS, structured cabling, low current systems, IT networks and data center projects
• Valid Saudi driving license; transferable Iqama preferred
