Senior Sales Engineer – Electrical & Automation Solutions

About the role

Evostel is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer to join its Electrical & Automation Solutions team. You will work closely with the sales department to create technical, architectural, and engineering deliverables that drive profitable sales and high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Support the full sales cycle from customer engagement to project award, including RFP/RFQ/RFI responses and proposal preparation.
• Identify customer requirements, recommend suitable technical solutions, and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations.
• Review customer specifications, design electrical and automation solutions, and prepare technical and commercial quotations.
• Conduct site visits, technical assessments, and provide clarification to customers and suppliers throughout the bidding process.
• Coordinate with vendors on pricing, delivery schedules, and technical compliance; issue purchase orders and monitor supplier commitments.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, monitor open orders, track delivery status, and ensure compliance with company policies and ISO procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in technical sales, electrical engineering, or automation solutions.
• Fluent English (required); Arabic preferred.
• CRM certification is a plus.
