Senior Sales Operation Specialist

About the role

The Sales Operations Specialist is a key link between the sales team and customers, managing all post-sales activities from invoice follow-up to final delivery. The role covers the entire sales operations cycle, including in-depth sales analysis and reporting. It is a full-time position based in Badr City.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee order fulfillment after a sale is confirmed: process orders, generate invoices and follow up on payments to ensure timely collection.
• Develop, maintain and analyse detailed sales reports tracking performance against KPIs, and provide insights on sales trends, product performance and regional results.
• Create, manage and optimise delivery schedules with the logistics and warehouse teams to ensure on-time, accurate delivery.
• Track the status of all orders and deliveries, update the sales team and customers promptly, and resolve issues or delays.
• Identify bottlenecks in the post-sales workflow and implement improvements to boost efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Work closely with Sales, Finance and Logistics to align operations, and support the sales team so they can meet their targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales operations, sales support or a similar role, preferably in the FMCG or manufacturing industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Natural leadership with strong organisational skills.
