Senior Sales Solutions Specialist – Saudi National

About the role

The Senior Sales Solutions Specialist will support large‑customer opportunities, drive pipeline conversion and activate profitable growth for FedEx in Saudi Arabia. You will work on both local and global supply‑chain projects, tailoring solutions to dynamic market conditions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead or contribute to supply‑chain projects, adapting solutions to customer requirements.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (sales, operations, engineering, IT, legal, etc.) to deliver integrated solutions.
• Manage and maintain sales and logistics systems to improve efficiency and responsiveness.
• Participate in RFQ processes and bid management, preparing comprehensive proposals.
• Apply structured project‑management methodologies to ensure timely delivery.
• Analyse supply‑chain trends and customer feedback to recommend improvements.
• Support go‑to‑market strategy development aligned with sales targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Finance, Engineering, Information Systems or related field.
• 6–8 years of relevant experience, including at least 4 years in program or project management within global transportation.
• Proven experience in Express/Freight solution engineering.
• Project‑management certification (e.g., PMP, Agile, Six Sigma) is a plus.
• Domain knowledge in Healthcare or Oil & Gas logistics is advantageous.
• Arabic language proficiency is an added advantage.
