Senior SAP HCM Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a Senior SAP HCM Consultant to provide day‑to‑day support for SuccessFactors modules, configure system updates, and deliver enhancements that align with business needs. The role involves incident management, user training and ensuring processes follow best practices.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and resolve incidents across SuccessFactors Recruiting, Onboarding, Payroll and Time Management, adhering to SLAs.
• Configure and customize SuccessFactors modules to meet business requirements and perform comprehensive testing (unit, integration, UAT, regression).
• Document configuration settings and create functional specifications for custom development.
• Provide user training and support, and produce periodic reports on task execution and deviations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Management Sciences, Systems or a related field.
• 6–10 years of functional/technical experience in HRIS systems, specifically SAP HCM and SuccessFactors.
• Proven ability to work with stakeholders, follow HR policies and deliver quality improvements.
