Senior SAP HR Functional Consultant

About the role

The Senior SAP HR Functional Consultant will lead the design and delivery of end‑to‑end SAP HR solutions that align with business objectives and enterprise architecture standards. This role requires strong stakeholder communication, technical leadership, and the ability to drive digital transformation across multiple projects.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with business stakeholders, IT teams, vendors, and senior management to ensure alignment between business objectives and technology solutions.
• Design end‑to‑end solution architectures that meet functional, technical, security, and integration requirements while ensuring scalability and performance.
• Lead solution design activities across multiple projects, maintaining consistency with enterprise architecture standards.
• Collaborate with IT Planning, Project Managers, and business stakeholders during project evaluation and initiation to define scope, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle, including architecture reviews, implementation guidance, testing strategy, and user acceptance support.
• Support operational excellence by guiding incident, problem, change management and system enhancements.
• Mentor technical teams and business users on solution capabilities, architecture principles, and best practices.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and technology optimization to enhance efficiency, cost‑effectiveness, and business value.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a senior SAP HR functional consultant delivering comprehensive solutions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills across business and IT domains.
• Ability to translate business requirements into solution designs aligned with enterprise architecture and SAP roadmaps.
• Experience with project‑management methodologies such as ASAP, PMI, or Agile.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity, data‑governance, and compliance requirements.
