Senior Software Quality Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Software Quality Engineer to ensure our software products meet the highest quality standards and business requirements. You will lead testing efforts, drive continuous improvement, and collaborate closely with development and product teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and testing strategies.
• Perform both manual and automated testing for web and mobile applications.
• Identify, document, and track software defects and issues.
• Conduct functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
• Collaborate with development and product teams to ensure high‑quality releases.
• Review system requirements and technical specifications.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.
• Improve QA processes and testing methodologies.
• Prepare testing reports and quality metrics.
• Mentor junior QA team members when needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in software quality assurance or testing.
• Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and QA processes.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
