Senior Solution Consultant

About the role

ACI Worldwide is looking for a Senior Solution Consultant to join its Saudi Arabia team. You will work closely with sales, product managers and partners to translate customer challenges into tailored payment solutions and long‑term adoption strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the strategic product representative throughout the end‑to‑end sales process.
• Define and communicate value propositions and long‑term solution strategies for specific opportunities.
• Gather, validate and obtain agreement on customer requirements.
• Identify business development opportunities by scoping customer and industry engagements.
• Collaborate with Market Product Managers and Product Marketing to shape market‑segment value propositions.
• Support the sales organization and third‑party partners in progressing deals aligned with strategic sales plans.
• Convey market needs and opportunities to product teams to influence roadmap and product strategy.

Required profile

• Minimum four years of relevant experience in solution consulting or business consultancy.
• Deep insight into the payments industry and the strategic, long‑term approach customers need.
• Proven ability to work directly with new customers and influence decision‑makers.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving capabilities.
