Senior Stock Controller

About the role
Almarai is seeking a Senior Stock Controller to oversee the inventory system at its Abha location. The role involves supervising a team of stock controllers, ensuring accurate stock records, and developing staff to meet company standards.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the inventory system for the designated location(s).
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of stock controllers.
- Train, coach, and develop staff to perform duties according to company standards.
- Maintain accurate stock records and ensure compliance with internal procedures.
Required profile
- High School Certificate.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in store keeping or as a store in‑charge.
- Clear written and spoken English.
- Competencies: team leadership, patience, cooperation, decision‑making, loyalty and dedication.
