Senior Supply Chain Consultant

About the role

The Senior Supply Chain Consultant will lead end‑to‑end functional delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management for Al Majed4Oud’s retail, fragrance manufacturing and distribution operations. The role covers procurement, inventory, warehouse, product information, sales order processing, transportation and master planning, ensuring scalable solutions from design through go‑live.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct workshops with supply chain, logistics, production, retail and buying teams to gather requirements and produce functional design documents.
• Configure D365 SCM modules following Microsoft best practices and design workflows for procurement, inventory, warehouse and logistics.
• Define migration templates, manage data migration and support integrations with WMS/barcode, e‑commerce, 3PL and transportation systems.
• Lead SIT/UAT cycles, handle defect triage, prepare training materials and deliver end‑user training.
• Plan and execute cut‑over, lead go‑live, provide hyper‑care, L2/L3 support and drive continuous improvement.
• Maintain SOPs, solution documentation, compliance matrices and support audits.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, IT or Engineering; MB‑330 certification preferred.
• 6–8+ years of ERP supply chain consulting experience, including 3+ years with D365 SCM or AX 2012 and multiple full‑cycle implementations.
