Senior Talent Acquisition Associate

About the role

Mnzil is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Associate to lead end‑to‑end recruitment across multiple functions as the company expands throughout Saudi Arabia. You will partner closely with hiring managers, design sourcing strategies, and help strengthen Mnzil’s employer brand while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a variety of roles and departments.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define workforce needs and role specifications.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract qualified, diverse talent.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, job platforms, referrals, and professional networks.
• Screen applications and conduct structured interviews.
• Coordinate interviews, assessments, offers, and pre‑onboarding activities.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Ensure a professional, engaging candidate experience throughout the process.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and candidate data in the ATS.
• Track recruitment performance, prepare hiring reports and insights.
• Support employer‑branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns.
• Recommend improvements to recruitment processes and practices.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a related field.
• Proven ability to manage end‑to‑end recruitment across different functions.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate‑assessment capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple vacancies and priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong organizational, planning, and follow‑up skills.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment platforms.
• Data‑driven mindset with ability to track and improve hiring performance.
• Good understanding of the Saudi talent market and recruitment practices.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
