Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead our end‑to‑end recruitment efforts. You will partner closely with hiring managers, build strong talent pipelines, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience as we scale the business.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define workforce needs and recruitment strategies.
• Source qualified candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and evaluate candidate fit.
• Coordinate interview schedules and maintain a high‑quality candidate experience.
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring.
• Support employer branding and recruitment campaigns.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and generate hiring reports.
• Handle multiple hiring requisitions in a fast‑paced environment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of talent acquisition or recruitment experience.
• At least 1 year of hands‑on experience with Oracle Fusion HCM or Oracle Recruiting.
• Proven track record of managing full‑cycle recruitment.
