Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

Fathom.io is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end‑to‑end recruitment for technical and business functions across Saudi Arabia and international markets. This on‑site position in Dhahran will focus on sourcing, assessing, and hiring top‑tier talent for a fast‑growing technology company.

Key responsibilities

• Drive full‑cycle recruitment for engineering, AI, data science, product, cloud, DevOps, cybersecurity, sales and corporate roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to define candidate profiles and hiring strategies.
• Source high‑quality candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, professional networks, referrals and creative outreach.
• Screen and assess candidates for technical capability, motivation and cultural fit.
• Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for current and future needs.
• Coordinate interviews, assessments, feedback, offers and pre‑joining activities.
• Manage multiple recruitment projects while maintaining speed, quality and process discipline.
• Track recruitment metrics and recommend workflow improvements.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of talent acquisition experience in international technology startups or scale‑ups.
• Proven track record hiring software engineers, AI specialists, data professionals, cloud engineers, DevOps and cybersecurity experts.
• Experience recruiting across Saudi Arabia and global markets.
• Strong direct‑sourcing abilities and success engaging passive candidates.
• Excellent interviewing, negotiation and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to understand technical roles and evaluate candidates against competency requirements.
