Senior Talent Sourcing Specialist – KSA

About the role

We are looking for a Talent Sourcing Specialist to drive proactive, direct sourcing and headhunting across the business, initially focusing on the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and supporting regional expansion. The role is hands‑on and delivery‑focused, working alongside the Talent Acquisition Lead to own the sourcing engine.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, research and proactively approach passive candidates through direct outreach, headhunting, referrals and networking for live roles across all business areas.
• Build detailed market maps of target companies, teams and individuals across KSA and the wider region, maintaining intelligence on compensation benchmarks and talent movement.
• Plan and execute team lift‑outs and multi‑hire grabs from competitors, managing discreet, multi‑threaded outreach.
• Develop and maintain warm, segmented talent pipelines and pools for priority and recurring roles to reduce reliance on external agencies.
• Track sourcing activity and pipeline metrics (outreach, response, conversion rates) and use data to refine targeting and report progress.

Required profile

• Proven hands‑on sourcing experience, preferably in executive search, RPO, agency or in‑house sourcing, with exposure to the Middle East market, especially KSA.
• Strong market‑mapping and talent‑intelligence capabilities, able to create accurate pictures of where top talent resides.
• Comfortable conducting direct headhunting outreach and managing discreet team lift‑outs with persistence and discretion.
• Thrives in a fast‑growing, entrepreneurial environment, comfortable with ambiguity and motivated by the chase.
