Senior Technology NOC Shift Leader

About the role

The Senior Technology NOC Shift Leader is responsible for real‑time monitoring and maintenance of SNB's network infrastructure during assigned shift hours. This role blends advanced technical troubleshooting with tactical team leadership to ensure critical incidents are resolved and service level agreements are met.

Key responsibilities

• Define tasks and objectives for NOC teams, monitor progress and ensure alignment with departmental strategy.
• Supervise 24/7 NOC operations, including batch processing, automated job monitoring, and issue resolution across applications, systems, network, security, infrastructure, storage, and ATMs.
• Monitor production tasks to guarantee timely transaction processing and report generation.
• Respond to alerts, escalating when necessary while collaborating with business stakeholders.
• Manage SNB datacenters and media library to support operational needs.
• Develop, review and enforce departmental policies, procedures and work instructions.
• Lead continuous‑improvement initiatives, motivate staff and identify cost‑reduction opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or related field, or equivalent experience with strong banking background.
• 5‑8 years of relevant IT experience, including at least 3 years in managerial roles within a financial institution.
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage budgets and ensure compliance with AML/CTF and regulatory requirements.
