Senior/Principal Asset Management Consultant (Hybrid, Saudi Arabia)

About the role

We are looking for a senior‑level Asset Management Consultant to join The Woodhouse Partnership Ltd in Saudi Arabia. The role is hybrid and combines hands‑on advisory work with training and thought‑leadership for asset‑owner clients across energy, water and oil & gas sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Lead ISO 55001‑aligned audits, maturity assessments and road‑mapping, turning insights into value‑prioritised improvement programmes.
• Build and embed Strategic Asset Management Plans (SAMPs) linked to risk appetite, performance targets and budgets.
• Provide hands‑on implementation support, joining up processes, closing gaps and sustaining benefits for each client.
• Co‑design and deliver training through the Woodhouse Asset Management Academy (classroom, virtual and e‑learning), covering IAM Foundation, Certificate and Diploma pathways.
• Coach and mentor colleagues and client teams, developing future asset‑management leaders.
• Publish white papers, speak at conferences and contribute practical guidance to advance asset‑management thinking.
• Support business development by spotting opportunities, nurturing relationships and contributing to proposals while maintaining delivery focus.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an asset owner/operator, preferably in energy, water or oil & gas.
• Deep familiarity with ISO 55001 and pragmatic application for assurance and improvement.
• Strong consulting toolkit: stakeholder facilitation, structured problem framing, analysis, synthesis, writing and presenting.
• Excellent communication skills, able to translate technical insights into business value for senior audiences.
• Friendly, credible and trustworthy demeanor that clients want to work with repeatedly.
• Curiosity and growth mindset, willing to pursue professional qualifications such as the IAM Diploma.
• Public thought‑leadership orientation, enjoying sharing ideas and simplifying complex concepts.
• Comfortable in a small, agile business and able to wear multiple hats.
• Right to work in Saudi Arabia and willingness to travel.
