SEO / AEO / GEO Lead – B2B Digital Risk & AI Search

About the role

This position is a high‑impact opportunity to shape search visibility for an emerging B2B category at the intersection of digital risk, reputation, and AI‑powered discovery. Based in Saudi Arabia, you will own the strategy across traditional search, answer engines, and generative AI search platforms, linking search performance directly to leads, revenue, and customer trust.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute an integrated SEO, AEO, and GEO strategy focused on B2B Digital Risk Protection, tying visibility to business outcomes.
• Build semantic frameworks and optimise content for both classic search engines and AI‑generated answers (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity).
• Influence AI interpretation of the company’s offerings through strategic use of entities, citations, authoritative sources, and review ecosystems.
• Collaborate with PR, reputation management, content, and growth teams to create a unified search ecosystem.
• Design and maintain a comprehensive measurement system covering search, AI visibility, lead generation, and commercial impact.
• Formulate hypotheses, run experiments, analyse results and continuously refine SEO, AEO, and GEO tactics.
• Lead R&D initiatives into emerging search technologies and experimental optimisation techniques.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of professional SEO experience, preferably in B2B, international or complex digital environments.
• Strong understanding of search engine mechanics, ranking factors and semantic optimisation.
• Experience connecting search performance to measurable business outcomes such as revenue and lead generation.
