Service Center Manager – Riyadh

About the role

Fluke is seeking a dynamic leader to build and run its new service and calibration laboratory in Riyadh. You will shape the operation from the ground up, combining operational leadership, technical authority, and strategic growth to deliver world‑class calibration and repair services.

Key responsibilities

• Provide full operational leadership for calibration, repair, logistics and customer support functions.
• Set site goals, KPIs and performance metrics aligned with global service objectives.
• Manage daily operations to ensure on‑time delivery, cost efficiency and high customer satisfaction.
• Recruit, hire, train and retain technicians, engineers and support staff.
• Serve as primary contact for key customers requiring calibration and repair services.
• Maintain ISO 9001 compliance and act as the ISO/IEC 17025 Technical Manager.
• Lead internal audits, external assessments and accreditation activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics or related field (advanced degree preferred).
• 8–12+ years experience in calibration, metrology or test‑and‑measurement environments.
• 3–5+ years of leadership or management experience.
• Proven experience operating an ISO/IEC 17025 accredited laboratory.
