Service Engineer – Transformer Services

About the role

We are looking for a Service Engineer specialized in transformer services to lead and manage projects across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The role involves overseeing the full project lifecycle, ensuring high‑quality delivery, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end transformer service projects from kickoff to closure.
• Deliver services within agreed scope, cost, schedule, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with customers, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, progress reports, costing, and financial tracking.
• Maintain relationships with major utility and industrial customers.
• Ensure compliance with company, customer, HSE, and regulatory requirements.
• Drive customer satisfaction, continuous improvement, and successful project closure.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 5–10 years of experience in transformer services or electrical utilities.
• Proven ability to lead service and project activities.
