Service Operations Coordinator

About the role

Kinetic is recruiting a Service Operations Coordinator for a leading Medical Device company based in Riyadh. The role is open to Saudi nationals only due to nationalization requirements. Applications are reviewed within 5 working days.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule field service engineers for customer visits, maintenance, installations and technical support.
• Manage customer service requests, ensuring timely responses, follow-up and resolution.
• Maintain accurate records of service calls, work orders, equipment details and customer communications.
• Coordinate service quotations, spare parts, service contracts and warranty-related activities.
• Monitor ongoing service jobs and follow up with engineers to ensure timely completion.
• Liaise with customers, suppliers, manufacturers and internal departments to support service delivery.
• Prepare service reports and monitor key service performance indicators.
• Handle customer complaints and escalations to improve service efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Science, Laboratory Technology or a related field preferred.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in customer service, CRM or service coordination.
• Experience coordinating field service engineers, customer visits, maintenance, installations and technical support.
• Experience in medical, laboratory, analytical or scientific equipment industries strongly preferred.
• Fluency in English.

Required skills

• Knowledge of service reports, work orders, quotations, spare parts and service contract administration.
• Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook.
