Service Sales Manager – Local Service Unit

About the role

The Service Sales Manager for the Local Service Unit (LSU) will define, lead and execute Hitachi Energy’s service sales strategy across Saudi Arabia. This senior position drives profitable growth throughout the service lifecycle, maximises installed‑base penetration and strengthens long‑term customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop the Saudi Arabia Services Sales organization to achieve high performance and continuous capability growth.
• Align and collaborate with Country, Hub, Business Unit and Global stakeholders, embedding the One Hitachi Energy approach.
• Identify, generate and pursue new service business opportunities and partnerships across the Saudi market.
• Drive structured lead generation through detailed installed‑base analysis and segmentation.
• Own and execute the Country Services Sales strategy, meeting order intake, revenue, margin and growth targets.
• Manage LSU budgeting, sales & operations planning in coordination with Hub Marketing, Global Product Group and Hub Controller.
• Conduct market and competitive analysis to support pricing, positioning and commercial decisions.
• Ensure compliance with external and internal regulations, and uphold safety and integrity values.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in electrical power, energy or related industry.
• Minimum 10 years of experience managing a Service Sales function.
• Proven leadership experience in service sales within an OEM environment.
