ServiceNow Platform Owner / Service Delivery Manager

About the role

A major enterprise in Riyadh is seeking a hands‑on leader to own and operate its ServiceNow platform on a day‑to‑day basis. You will ensure platform stability, governance and continuous improvement while coordinating delivery across internal teams and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain platform stability, performance and governance, and drive ongoing enhancements.
• Lead release planning, service performance monitoring and roadmap development aligned with IT and business priorities.
• Oversee ITOM, CMDB, CSDM and integration initiatives, managing incidents, changes, risks and delivery commitments.
• Coordinate technical teams, business stakeholders and delivery partners to ensure adherence to ServiceNow architecture standards and best practices.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading an enterprise ServiceNow platform or delivery function.
• Strong knowledge of ITOM, CMDB, CSDM and platform governance.
• Background in ITSM, agile delivery and large‑scale enterprise integrations.
• Excellent communication skills in complex, multi‑disciplinary IT environments.
