Senior ServiceNow Developer – Integrations (Riyadh)

About the role

We are hiring a Senior ServiceNow Developer in Riyadh who specialises in enterprise integrations. You will build and improve the connections between a large‑scale ServiceNow platform and the wider enterprise. This is an immediate start and we are shortlisting now.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build integrations between ServiceNow and external enterprise applications.
• Build and maintain REST and SOAP integrations, IntegrationHub spokes and scripted APIs.
• Develop custom ServiceNow scripts, workflows and integration components.
• Configure authentication, data mapping and error handling.
• Support inbound and outbound data exchange and troubleshoot integration failures.
• Work closely with architects and integration specialists, supporting technical reviews, testing, deployments and documentation.
• Ensure all work meets platform security and development standards.

Required profile

• Strong ServiceNow development and implementation background.
• Advanced JavaScript and ServiceNow server‑side scripting.
• Proven experience with REST APIs, SOAP, IntegrationHub and scripted integrations.
• Knowledge of Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes and data transformations.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with enterprise IT systems.
• Understanding of authentication, integration troubleshooting and platform best practices.
• Ability to work independently on complex technical tasks.
• Preferred certifications: ServiceNow CSA, CAD and relevant integration or implementation certifications.
