Services & Data Solutions Senior Director

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Services & Data Solutions Senior Director to lead our Service & Data Solutions vertical. The role will shape digital and data‑driven offerings that support socio‑economic development initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the Service & Data Solutions vertical, ensuring alignment with the organization’s strategy and business objectives.
• Drive solution design, support RFP responses, and build strategic partnerships to expand business opportunities.
• Ensure successful delivery of projects with high quality, client satisfaction, and adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Develop data‑driven strategies by leveraging advanced analytics to support business decisions and product roadmaps.
• Lead the development and commercialization of data‑driven products and digital services, including analytics platforms, dashboards, and AI‑enabled solutions.
• Integrate emerging technologies to enhance service delivery, customer experience, and operational excellence.
• Lead, mentor, and develop cross‑functional teams, including Project Managers, Product Managers, Data Scientists, and Solution Architects.
• Promote innovation, continuous improvement, and technical excellence across the function.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 12 years of experience in IT solutions, digital products, government services, or related industries.
• At least 3–5 years of leadership experience managing high‑performing teams.
