Shared Services Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Shared Services Manager to lead our integrated support functions in Riyadh. You will be responsible for aligning HR, administrative, IT, and legal services with the company’s strategic goals while driving operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic and operational plans for Shared Services.
• Lead and coordinate HR, Administrative Services, IT, and Legal functions to ensure seamless integration and collaboration.
• Develop and continuously improve policies, procedures, and service models.
• Manage budgets, vendors, contracts, facilities, assets, and administrative services while optimizing costs and efficiency.
• Establish and monitor KPIs and provide regular performance reports to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, internal policies, and governance requirements.
• Support initiatives related to employee experience, digital transformation, information security, and organizational efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Law, Human Resources, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of managerial experience in Shared Services, Operations, Administration, or a similar leadership role.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and functions.
• Strong knowledge of HR, administrative, legal, and corporate support functions.
• Excellent budget, vendor, and contract management skills.
• Effective communication, negotiation, problem‑solving, and decision‑making abilities.
• Strategic planning and operational management capabilities.
• Good understanding of IT, digital transformation, information security, and data protection.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
