Shift Supervisor – Hospitality Operations

About the role

The Shift Supervisor ensures smooth store operations during each shift, guaranteeing high standards of product quality, cleanliness, and guest experience. You will lead a team, manage cash procedures, and support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and motivate team members, providing clear direction and on‑the‑job training.
• Handle guest interactions, resolve complaints promptly, and uphold hospitality standards.
• Enforce Tim Hortons operating policies, including cash handling, food safety, and break schedules.
• Maintain product merchandising, stock levels, and complete shift documentation such as waste records and store checklists.
• Assist the Store Manager with staffing coverage, sales driving, and operational efficiency.
• Observe health and safety protocols, report incidents, and use personal protective equipment as required.
