About the role
We are seeking an experienced Showroom Manager to lead operations of a luxury furniture showroom in Riyadh. The role involves overseeing daily retail activities, driving sales performance, and ensuring an exceptional experience for high‑net‑worth customers.
Key responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day showroom and retail operations.
- Drive sales, revenue and store performance, meeting targets and KPIs.
- Lead, coach and manage the showroom sales team.
- Provide premium service to high‑end customers.
- Oversee inventory, merchandising and stock management.
- Coordinate with luxury furniture brands, suppliers and internal teams.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury furniture, premium retail or home furnishings.
- Proven experience with high‑net‑worth customers and luxury retail operations.
- Strong communication, team management and commercial skills.
