About the role
We are seeking a Showroom Manager to oversee our medical supplies and cosmetics showroom, drive sales, and ensure excellent customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily showroom operations and achieve sales targets.
- Handle purchasing, supplier relations, and inventory control.
- Deliver excellent customer service and resolve complaints.
- Run promotions, visual merchandising, and lead the team.
- Monitor expenses, prepare performance reports, and track KPIs.
Required profile
- 3+ years managing a showroom or retail branch.
- Experience in medical supplies or cosmetics preferred.
- Proven record of achieving sales targets.
- Knowledge of purchasing, inventory, and POS systems.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
Required skills
- Arabic language proficiency.
- English language proficiency (plus).
- POS system operation.
