Site Handover Coordinator – RAN Specialist

About the role

Capgemini Engineering is looking for a Site Handover Coordinator (RAN SME) to lead end‑to‑end handover activities for telecom network deployment projects in Saudi Arabia. The role bridges RAN deployment teams, vendors and operations to ensure newly built sites are transferred smoothly into production.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate complete site handover for new build and network rollout projects.
• Manage and track Provisional Acceptance Test (PAT) activities with vendors, customers and internal stakeholders.
• Review site readiness, acceptance criteria and quality compliance before handover.
• Prepare and submit handover documentation, acceptance reports and site closure packages.
• Liaise with RAN deployment, operations, subcontractors, vendors and customers to resolve handover issues.
• Monitor handover milestones, pending actions, defects and punch‑point closure.
• Provide status updates, risk assessments and mitigation actions in project governance meetings.
• Support operational readiness to ensure smooth transition of accepted sites into production.

Required profile

• 5‑9 years of experience in RAN deployment, rollout, site implementation or telecom network delivery.
• Hands‑on experience in site handover, site acceptance and vendor PAT activities.
• Strong understanding of RAN deployment processes, site lifecycle management and quality requirements.
• Experience working with major telecom vendors such as Nokia, Huawei or Ericsson.
• Ability to manage documentation, track milestones and resolve site readiness issues.
