Skilled Helper – Manufacturing

About the role

We are looking for a reliable Skilled Helper to support our production line in the manufacturing of personal hygiene products such as baby diapers, feminine napkins, and adult incontinence pads. The role involves ensuring smooth material flow, assisting operators, and maintaining a safe work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Arrange raw materials in their designated locations and keep stock levels sufficient to prevent machine stoppages.
• Maintain waste trolleys and bins in the correct places.
• Assist the machine operator with set‑up, size changes, and small stoppages, following their instructions.
• Coordinate cleaning or repacking activities when minor interruptions occur.
• Comply with safety and environmental procedures and actively participate in toolbox talks led by the HSE officer.
• Engage in occupational health and safety (OH&S) processes, including development, planning, implementation, and performance evaluation.

Required profile

• High school diploma or technical diploma in a relevant field.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Basic understanding of machine operation, safety practices, and production processes.
• Experience or familiarity with manufacturing of diapers, feminine napkins, or similar products is a plus.
