SOC Analyst L1 – Al‑Khobar (Saudi National)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated SOC Analyst (Level 1) to join our 24x7 security operations team in Al‑Khobar. The analyst will monitor security events, respond to incidents, and help improve our overall security posture for Saudi‑national clients.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor the Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) platform and triage alerts.
• Respond to security incidents, conduct forensic analysis and support data recovery.
• Perform vulnerability scanning, daily security assessments and penetration testing.
• Research emerging threats, vulnerabilities and exploits.
• Configure and administer security tools and systems.
• Provide recommendations to mitigate risks and enhance security controls.
• Document findings, follow standard operating procedures and collaborate with IT and business units.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in IT/security operations or a SOC environment.
• Relevant certifications such as Network+, CCNA R&S, Security+, CIHE, CEH, CPTE or equivalent are preferred.
• Familiarity with network switches, routers, firewalls and basic forensics.

• Network+ / CCNA / Security+ knowledge.
