About the role
The Social Media Content Creator will produce engaging short‑form videos for Snapchat and TikTok, strengthening the company’s digital presence. The role involves planning, filming, editing and publishing content while staying on top of the latest social media trends.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, film and edit short‑form videos for Snapchat and TikTok.
- Create trend‑driven content that aligns with marketing objectives.
- Utilise AI‑powered tools to enhance video production.
- Capture on‑site footage of properties, events and company activities.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop ideas and campaigns.
Required profile
- Minimum 6 months experience in content creation, videography or social‑media production.
- Good command of English.
- Experience with Snapchat and TikTok is required; real‑estate experience is a plus.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CapCut or similar video‑editing software.
- Experience using AI‑powered content creation tools.
