Social Media & Digital Advertising Manager – Restaurants

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Social Media & Digital Advertising Manager to lead online marketing for restaurants and cafés across Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will combine creative storytelling with data‑focused campaign management to boost reservations, orders, and brand awareness.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies for restaurant brands.
• Manage and grow social media accounts on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat and other platforms.
• Create monthly content calendars aligned with promotions, seasonal offers and new‑branch launches.
• Write compelling ad copy and oversee food photography, video production and influencer collaborations.
• Plan, launch, optimize and report on paid campaigns across TikTok Ads, Meta Ads, Google Ads and Snapchat Ads.
• Implement lead‑generation and sales campaigns to increase orders and reservations.
• Target audiences using demographics, location, interests and behavior data.
• Monitor online reputation, respond to customer feedback and manage community engagement.
• Analyze performance metrics, produce weekly/monthly reports and conduct A/B testing to improve ROI, ROAS and CPA.
• Maintain tracking tools such as Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience in digital marketing and paid advertising.
• Proven track record marketing restaurants, cafés or food & beverage brands.
• Strong understanding of restaurant customer behavior and local geo‑targeting.
• Demonstrated ability to generate measurable business growth through digital campaigns.
