Social Media & Digital Marketing Executive (Arabic Speaking)

About the role

Dr. Scent is seeking a creative, results‑driven Social Media & Digital Marketing Executive to lead its digital presence in Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on building brand awareness, managing paid campaigns, and collaborating with influencers to grow the fragrance brand.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow Dr. Scent’s social media platforms in Saudi Arabia, including Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, Facebook, X, and LinkedIn.
• Plan, schedule, and publish engaging content across all channels.
• Launch, monitor, and optimise paid advertising campaigns on Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and Google Ads.
• Respond to customer inquiries and maintain active online communities.
• Build and manage relationships with Saudi influencers, content creators, media partners, and agencies.
• Coordinate with the Head Office in the United Arab Emirates to align regional marketing strategies.
• Track market trends, competitor activity, and campaign performance.
• Prepare regular performance reports and recommend improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in social media and digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of the Saudi market and consumer behaviour.
• Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Experience in beauty, fragrance, cosmetics, retail, lifestyle or FMCG sectors is a plus.
