Social Media Executive & Content Creator

About the role

The Social Media Executive & Content Creator will manage day‑to‑day execution, content planning, community engagement and creative coordination for multiple client accounts across platforms. Working closely with strategists, designers, photographers, videographers and account managers, the role ensures high‑quality, on‑brand content that drives engagement and supports overall brand growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and schedule engaging content (captions, visuals, reels, stories) aligned with each client’s brand identity and marketing goals.
• Coordinate and oversee photo/video shoots, managing shot lists, mood boards and on‑set direction to capture assets for static and short‑form formats.
• Manage daily publishing on Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, Facebook, YouTube and monitor audience interaction.
• Track, analyze and report social media performance using platform analytics and third‑party tools, providing data‑driven recommendations.
• Contribute to strategy development, campaign ideation, influencer collaborations and paid social initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Advertising, Public Relations, Digital Marketing, Journalism or related field (preferred).
• 2–4 years of experience managing multiple social media accounts in an agency or similar environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
• Proven ability to multitask, meet deadlines and collaborate with cross‑functional creative teams.
