Social Media Specialist – Full‑Time (Riyadh)

About the role

Reef Group is looking for a creative and digitally‑driven Social Media Specialist to manage and support social media activities across its portfolio of brands. You will be responsible for planning, publishing, community engagement and performance tracking on multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day social media activities across Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, X, LinkedIn, YouTube and other platforms.
• Develop and maintain content calendars in collaboration with Content, Creative, Design and Marketing teams.
• Publish and schedule approved content, monitor comments, messages and audience interactions.
• Support community management and ensure professional engagement with followers.
• Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth) and prepare regular reports.
• Conduct competitor benchmarking and recommend content improvements based on trends.
• Assist with influencer and creator activities and support campaigns, product launches and seasonal promotions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in social media, digital marketing or content creation.
• Strong Arabic communication and writing skills, good English proficiency.
• Experience in retail, beauty, fashion, FMCG or agency environments is highly preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple brands, tasks and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, X (Twitter), LinkedIn and YouTube.
• Experience using AI tools for content ideation, research, planning or social media analysis.
