About the role

Al-Mohanna Pharmacies is seeking a Social Media Specialist to lead its digital presence across multiple platforms. The role focuses on creating engaging, on‑brand content that supports marketing campaigns and store promotions while driving audience growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow all social media channels, including Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok, and X.
• Collaborate closely with the design team to produce visually compelling, on‑brand posts.
• Plan and execute content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns and retail promotions.
• Monitor performance metrics, generate reports, and adjust strategies based on data insights.
• Stay up‑to‑date with social media trends and best practices in pharmacy and retail marketing.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of social media management experience within the pharmaceutical sector.
• Strong understanding of platform algorithms for Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok, and X.
• Excellent collaboration skills to work with design and content teams.
• Creative eye with strong Arabic copywriting abilities (Saudi dialect a plus).
• Proficient in analytical tools, especially Excel, for tracking and reporting.
