Soft Services FM Supervisor

About the role

The Soft Services FM Supervisor oversees the day‑to‑day operations of cleaning, hospitality, and reception services within corporate office environments. This hands‑on role ensures high standards of cleanliness, visitor management, and consumable control while coordinating with clients and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor daily attendance, manage shift rosters and arrange replacements for absences.
• Prepare staff schedules and rosters for client approval.
• Supervise cleaning, pantry/hospitality, and reception teams.
• Oversee daily cleaning of offices, meeting rooms, washrooms and common areas.
• Manage pantry and coffee‑station services and ensure proper upkeep.
• Supervise reception, visitor management, help‑desk and courier handling.
• Schedule and monitor deep cleaning, pest control and maintenance activities.
• Monitor consumables, stock levels and prepare monthly consumption reports.
• Conduct daily and weekly inspections and ensure corrective actions are completed.
• Prepare monthly performance reports and lead regular client review meetings.
• Ensure compliance with HSE policies, building rules, emergency procedures and PPE requirements.

Required profile

• 5–10 years of experience supervising facility‑management soft services, especially cleaning, hospitality and reception.
• Proven experience leading frontline teams in corporate office settings.
• Knowledge of professional cleaning methods, waste segregation and safe chemical handling.
• Experience managing consumables, stock and budget‑based consumption reporting.
• Good spoken and written English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to work under pressure.
